On Main Street in Sebastopol CA, Katherine was awarded a plaque by the Chamber of Commerce for her rescue of two previously stripped and degraded historic properties that were brought back to their glory and moved forward to allow for four townhouses in the rear. This is technically a mixed-use project, but unique in its historic restoration and adaptive reuse to office buildings. The offices are ADA compliant as is one of the 4 townhouses. Katherine is very adept at meeting all requirements for accessibility.
